2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This ale poured a deep amber colour with a minimal head, white and spore like. Scents include cream, very light maple and caramel. First swig was smooth and watery with flavours of maple and caramel. Sweet on the palate. Finish is also sweet with maple on the palate.

Easily the poorest maple beer I have ever had. I tend to be generous when rating maple beers but this kinda sucked.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Amber pour with a quick dissipating head. Rich sweey maple flavour. Weak aroma. Smooth syrup finish. Tastes the same as every other beer from this brewery.

341 ml bottle at Masas Bar. Clear medium copper, fading foamy off-white head. Sweet malt aroma and taste with a hint of maple syrup and not much else. Average carbonation, light body, low hopped. Inoffensive. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary) ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
341ml bottle. Decent colour, head lasted about as long as a Coke’s. Aroma is mild ale with a hint of maple. Maple is stronger in the taste but sadly the ale component is weaker. Not much body. Overall, kind of bland and a bit watery, ale needs to be bolder even for a cream ale, maple is present without being cloying. Still, I kind of wish I didn’t have 4 more of these.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice, solid cream ale, not bitter. Maple notes are pleasant but restrained, and presents as an unchallenging, but enjoyable beer.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. 5. Dark amber pour with a weak tan foam that recedes quickly to a ring. Aroma is nutty and sweet, presence of maple, toffee. Aroma is bold malt flavour, lightly hopped. Mouth feel is dry, mild carbonation, but crisp and satisfying. Little lingering stickiness of maple, caramel. Decent amber.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Smooth cream ale that only has a barely noticeable hint of maple. If it wasn’t in the name of the beer, one wouldn’t know that it was a maple-flavoured offered. No strong aroma other than hints of caramel and no outstanding taste, but the creaminess of this beer makes up for this by offering a smooth, semi-sweet tasting beer.
