(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty and sour doughy nose with spicy nettle-like hops. Bitter flavour, soft pale malt-character, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Slightly sweet and malty finish with an assertive hoppy bitterness. Just okay (18.02.08).

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Es riecht dominant hopfig, mit einer leicht süßlichen Malznote. Der Antrunk ist stark hopfig, der Nachgeschmack geht ins Malzige. Sehr schön ausgewogen wie ich finde. Zum Mittelteil hin wird’s im Nachgeschmack sehr herb und leicht bitter.

Draught at their brew pub. White head. Very pale color. Fine nobel hop aroma. Malty taste and a bitterness that shows itsel after a little while and lasts. Nice pils.

Für ein Pils ist es relativ süß, was irgendwie überhaupt nicht passt. Im Nachgeschmack schlägt es dann um und wird doch noch herb. Nicht wirklich toll. Test vom 24.5.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,7,8,6,5,8 - 7,40

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear yellow with a frothy egg white head and lacings. Very clean nose and flavor. Crisp and grassy. A bit of hay and grain. Dry hoppy end. Medium bodied. Nice pils . .

Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of caramel, grain, grass and hops. Malty flavour of caramel, grass and hops. Hoppy finish.

Clear golden with a large white head. Sweet and malty aroma with caramel and grassy hops. Flavour had plenty of grassy hops, hints of malt and caramel notes. Finished bitter.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Some grassy hops in the nose. Rather light body but dominated by very grassy hops leaving a massive hoppiness. 090410

Bottled (BB 08/2009). Yellow color, small white head. Aroma is mainly sweet malty with light citrusy note. Flavor is slightly citrus tart with citrusy hops, also a bit metallic. Slightly watery body. Lingering lemon bitterness in the aftertaste. Much more boring than the old ratings indicated.
