Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Schöne gelblich-rote Farbe mit kleiner Krone. Der Antrunk geht stark ins Malzige, mit einem leicht süßlichen Beigeschmack. Zum Mittelteil setzt sich der Hopfen etwas mehr durch. Im Nachgeschmack bleibts aber weiterhin süßmalzig. Schön ausgewogen.

Pours light amber dark, orange hazy, clear. Aromas cardboard, malts, hay. Medium carbonation texture thin flat watery. Middle taste malty wit weak hoppiness. Aftertaste mild no bitterness hops. All in all, dull and flat with metallic paper finish.

500 ml bottle. Picked up at Maruhn in Darmstadt, Germany. Pours a clear, amber color with white big white head. Softly carbonated. Malty taste, typical franconian malt taste, quite few hops, easy to drink, nice beer.

Café Abseits, Bamberg. lightly hazed medium dark gold, patchy off-white head. a bit watery and bit thin. apple juice and lightly pungent noble hops in the nose. light grassiness complimenting the honey and toast malt. drinkable but nothing exciting.

Half litre bottle. Bronze colour, clear, fair bit of foam. Not too much of an aroma. Bittersweet corky taste. Fairly light tasting Keller/zwickel. Has some characteristics of a helles. Decent but not world class.

50cl bottle, shared. Amber color with a steady white head. Earthy, grainy aroma. Flavor is grainy malt, yeast and some bread. Somewhat sweet finish.

Brass color, lazy bubbles. Freshly baked bread, straw, pleasant bitter hops. Fine nuances, long lingering hoppy tail. Recommended.
