Bottle 50cl.
Clear light amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, keller. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (130608)

Bottled. An amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, citrus, and caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a dry straw finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

From 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white lacing head. Aroma of sweet malt and grass. Flavour is bitter hops with good malty body beneath. Finish is dry.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear warm deep golden with an off-white head. Clean malty aroma - perhaps with a whiff of metal. Medium body with a solid, clean malt base with good flowery hop accents. Dry and hoppy finish. Solid craftmanship. 130608

Draught@Pelikan. Deep golden amber colour, small head. Aroma is wooden, a bit malty, saltwatery and hoppy. Flavour is wood, some earth, yeast and mild ashy notes.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2009 Bottled. Clear bronze colour, near no head. Hay-like nose. Doughy and bready with soft but firm and chewy mouthfeel. Mild floral hops, growing late hay-like bitterness. Wonderfully well balanced. The malt character is just lovely - so much depth!

Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Sweet aroma of malts, caramel and hay with notes of grain. Flavour of malts and hay with notes of caramel and hops and metallic notes. Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Bamberg. Pours clear dark golden with a small white lasting head and lacings. Grass, corn and hay. Very smooth palate. Balanced beer. Flavor is bread crust and fresh hops. Dry hoppy end.

Amber color; small creamy head. The aroma is light, but nice malt and delicate hop. The flavor is well malted, excellent, although dry; correct bitterness; the final is a bit weak, but sweetish. Interesting.

Hazy blond color. The aroma is not very rich; there is hay, cereals, and just light good malt, very light honey. Simple flavor, weak, to much papery, dry but with saccharin sweetness. Low bitterness. Easy.

Bottle, 5%. Malty aroma, a little papery. Clear amber colour, unstable white head. The flavour is dusty and malty, not bad. Bready and dusty aftertaste with a light sweetness. Well-balanced.
