OleR (4247) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 18, 2010
0.5 L bottle shared with Rune and Gunnar@Plan B, København. Big lasting blond head. Clear, brass colored body. Soft, doughy malt aroma. A scent of grass and hay from the hops. Taste has a crisp and clean malt profile, slightly sweet, with toasted notes. Subtle hop bitterness, just enough to deal with the malts. Well-bodied. Easy drinking, balanced and harmonius.

EithCubes (4198) - New Jersey, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Bottle, MHD 19.11.2011. Nose is juicy citrus with a lemony bent and some great leafy/grassy tones. Beautiful look, a mix of copper and mahogany toward the top, supports a lacing and frothy rocky white head. Light-bodied, low sweetness and very low bitterness, with a nice resolution toward toasted bread crusts. Citrus still there in the middle with a touch of apple, faint caramel toward the back. Just enough hop bristle (and a hint a resin) to keep things interesting. Smooth with a light acidity. Cheers!

Bottle at Spuyten Duyvil - lightly hazy gold beer, with a small, fizzy head - fairly sweet aroma, with a little bit of herbal character - quite crisp, with strong noble hop bitterness - notes of cracked and toasted grains and a light nutty quality - refreshing and delicious.
