Alkoholgehalt 4.6 %vol.

Very pale colour, medium head. Mine was clear. Grassy hoppy aroma hints of straw. Very crisp and easy to drink, no bitterness, it was grassy and slightly malty. It was easy on the palate but had some gas. Overall I’d say this was much more like a Helles/Export than a zwickel but a good thirst quencher.

Bottle, MHD 24.11.2011. Nose is sweet citric malt and very faint grass. Pale, super bright yellow, slightly cloudy with a noisy white head. Taste is very sweet, citrus, yes, but also vanilla, banana, yeast, candy-fruity minerals, and a little pudding - a lot like a Hefeweizen! Dries out slightly by the end, but not a ton, bitterness is very low, though, so I suppose the sweetness is permitted to linger. Medium-lightish body, very smooth with just a touch of carbonated punch. Enjoyed its youthful enthusiasm!

TEJA (1371) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - AUG 5, 2011
Draught at their brewpub. Thinn white lace. Malty lager malt aroma and a tuch of chrystal malts and nobel hops. Sweet malty taste but too litle hop-taste and bitterness makes it a litle unbalanced.

Bottle, 4.6%. Good, mild citric aroma. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Good stable chalk white head. Good clean flavour, mild lemony note. Not quite clean afterall, has a little paper in the end. But not bad.
