Bottle... Almost clear, light yellow lager with a small, fizzy, white head. The aroma provides subtle notes of honey and various peppers. Light to medium-bodied, mildly creamy and effervescent. Well-balanced, but with a touch of honey sweetness. Finishes grainy and lightly sweet. Thanks to bierkoning for providing the bottle!

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a big and slowly lacing white foam. Moderately sweet grainy and slightly rural (barnyard) aroma with a touch of sour dough and herbal, slightly grassy hops. Sweet bitter flavour, light body with a medium carbonation. Grainy malty taste with a fresh and slightly spicy hops character, combined with moderate yeasty and light barnyardy notes; almost dry, slightly sweet finish with a yeasty and hoppy bitterness. A Zwickel with its own character (16.02.08).
