Alkoholgehalt 4.6 %vol.

This beer represents what I imagine to be a decent Kellerbier! Light yellow, a bit hazy, stable white head. Spicy aroma, flowers, grass, with some fresh and fruity hop components. Refreshing, full body, well balanced, nice malty body.

Bottle at Cafe Wanderer Nurnberg. Hazy unfiltered gold lasting white head. peach flowers. So fruity. Some hop on the finish. But this is incredible if you gave this to a Stella or Carling drinker they wouldn’t know what to do with it. Good beer. Low carbonation. Good lemon.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a medium sized white head. Nose has sulphur, grain, hay, herbs, green plants. Flavour has grain, bread, wood, green plants, chalk, minerals, light barnyard. Kind of rustic. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, medium sweet and ligt bitter. Soft and easy drinking, but also has depth and character. I like it.

Bottle looks really good. Simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy, modest dry, mild sourish notes. Fruity hints of lemon. Well balanced finish, spicy-dry aftertaste. Nice!

bartlebier (3496) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAR 23, 2016
50cl b05/2016 from a well-stocked small Turkish Drinks Market in Schöneberg. - Smells really yeasty and damp, more like upfront, protein-laden leavening bread than anything alcoholic phenolic really. Good bread crust and then good hay bitters, especially for a Zwickl, then all kinds of white bread proteins and minerals floating about in between the wild wet pastures. Huppi coming through with regional quality again!
