Bottle. Pour a clear blond with thick white head. Aroma is very rustic and bretty with lemony and oaky notes. Taste is very rustic also with a nice lemony tartness, light earthy bitter hops and oak. Lively champagne-like carbonation. Highly drinkable, the bretts really shine in this one.

Mikkeller Vik. Bottle share. Very hazy amber beer, small off white head. Palate is light and crispy and dry. Skunky lemon and light tangy hibiscus. Finishes light and dry. Found this a bit skewed but okay.
