Bottle, 75cl corked. An unclear, yellowish-orange colored beer topped by a big, dense, white head leaving lacings. The aroma has a lovely brett and saison combo, with citrus, lemon, pale malts, yeast hints and leather. It’s full to medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated, quite dryish. Some lemon and citrus peel in the flavor. A decent bitterness too, lasting for a good while. A lovely one that I could easily have over and over again. 140418
