Slightly cloudy pour big white head. Aroma of dusty bretta lemons. Tastes acidic vinous bretta spicy oak. Smooth and acidic palate. Not much complexity to the flavor, overrated, yet well executed, well refined and smooth.

[bottle] Rustic, woody farmhouse aroma with some horseblanket, white grape and strawberry accents. Other fruity notes in the aroma. Hazy dark yellow under a persistent, lacy, white blanket. Flavour begins with a dry bitterness that develops into a moderately sour farmhouse character. White grape and lotus root notes. Light body, medium high carbonation, lingering woody bitterness.

Bottle 750 ml. Pours blonde with thick white head and some lacing. Aroma features intense notes of farmhouse yeasts and bretts, along with some fruits, oak, malt, and hops. I like the sourness of this saison. Near perfect balance. Crisp beer. Medium bodied. Refreshing and highly drinkable. Very nice rustic saison.
