Pours slightly hazy Amber with fine-bubbled eggshell head. Malt aroma has hoppy overtone, almost IPA-ish, with fruity undertone. Fruity and sour tones come out on the flavor, along with malty and subtle hoppy notes. Firm texture has some good fizz. Get down to grass roots for a nice soirée.

750 ml bottleis 2013 vintage, thanks Huhzubendah. Pours a hazy golden light orange with with foamy white head that clings to the glass. Aroma is an inviting combination of Brett and lime with flowery complexity. Flavor is same with Brett dominating an overall sweet ale that has a mild tropical fruit sweetness. Thin to medium body, bright carbonation, rosewater finish.

Bottle into HF glass. A clear, pale amber with a slight rose hue. Aroma is dominated by peppery yeast, citrus, and lime. Taste is of lime, lightly tart, some hibiscus. Light bodied. Fizzy, but soft carbonation. (If you don’t like limes, you won’t like this beer. The lime is definitely present from the first smell to the finish. Me? I like lime.)

Bottle from this fish market. Batch 1. Uncorked without much pop, but poured with a small white head that died quickly. Nose is pungent, earthy, farmy, but has an underlying foulness to it, almost like sulfur. Pours fairly clear, orange in color with a faint red hint. Taste is refreshing citrus and lemon/lime. Rather sweet with light carbonation. Very easy to drink, no sourness. Ok, but weird that the aroma would be so weird, without any coming through in the flavor.

Bottle... Pours clear and amber with rosé highlights and a brief, white head. The nose is floral, lightly fruity and a touch spicy. Medium-bodied with prickly carbonation. The flavor provides terrific balance - fruity, herbal and bright. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish that dries out. A bit of a disappointment.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear orangeish pale pink with a white head. Aroma is fresh berries, lime, hibiscus, champagne yeast. Flavor is hibiscus, lime, oldish, berries, champagne yeast. Finish is lime, wine cooler, fruity, wild and funky. Somewhat woody. Light body, soft mouthfeel, average to strong carbonation. Very soft and easy drinking.

bottle from tom10101, thanks bro! pours uclear pale golden-pink with a small reviving white cap, nice lacing - sparkling rosé wine allure. flowery berries, rose petals, dry brettiness, very peppery and yeasty, light welcoming acidity - gently citric and lactic mostly, lightly astringent tea and other bitter herbs. effervescent carbonation - gentle though, light body - slightly watery, bone-dry herbal-grassy-peppery-floral finish. not overly complex but very nice and quaffable.
