Bottle at Mikkeller bar. Pours orange pink with an off white head. Aroma is floral, hibiscus definitely coming out with Brett funk and citrus. Flavour is light sweet, light acidic and light moderate bitter. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lovely!

Poured a clear pink with a very subtle head. Aroma sweet lime and brett. Taste was very very light almost watered down. Got a nice mild barnyard saddle taste. Didn’t really taste any tartness from the hibiscus and little to no lime.

Poured into tulip from bottle: Pours cloudy pink with a pillowy white head. Aroma of brett, barnyard, flowers, earth. Flavor is dominated by hibiscus and brett, but isn’t overpowering. Perfect carbonation, light body. Definitely enjoyable but I’m not blown away by it.

Bottle. Hazy pink with a medium sized white head. Dusty, hibiscus, strawberries, lychee, light wooden, light barnyard/band aid brett, light white pepper. Light/medium body, watery/oily texture, medium carbonation, some sweetness with little bitterness, light tart. More a fruit beer than a saison and there is a lot going on, however I find it a bit thin and unfocused. Easy to drink, though.

Very light pink pour, no head, kind of dusty. Aromas of strawberries and light sweaty brett. Taste is semi dry, lightly bitter and lightly tart. Flavors of strawberry juice mixed with some light bitter herbs and a very light dose of unripened fruit. Finish is pretty dry and satisfying. I like this more than others, I guess. Relaxing and easy to drink without contemplating much. Kind of fun, actually.
