750ml bottle. Hazy, pinkish, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting and lacing, pinkish off-white head. Moderate, relatively "clean" bretty aroma, fruity hints of lime and hibiscus. Taste is slightly dry, minimally tart, bretty, notes of the lime and hibiscus ingredients. Nice, sober, engineer’d (more culture than nature, concerning yeast and everything else).

750 ml. bottle sampled @ Firestone Walker Tasting. Procured @ De Hopduvel. Pale hibiscus, pink appearance, almost no head. Nose is watery grapefruit, watery hibiscus, flower, light lime, weak brett, watered down lime. Taste is watery grapefruit juice, lime, watery hibiscus, faint brett,.. Watery body like diluted grapefruit juice. Weak, weak,… this is reminiscent of a radler. Hill Farmstead is the Fantôme of USA & I do not mean that in a positive way. These guys reputation baffles me.

Fruity more than funky. Grapefruit and a bit of funk but we’ll balanced and a bit of hay on the finish. Solid brew.
