750 ml bottle shared with the group. Pours a hazy peachy golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor had a strong blood orange citrus note, orange rind, herbal, grassy, tart qualities, somewhat spicy notes, tingly carbonation. Some floral notes remained more in the aroma. I liked the complexity in the beer.

Bottle. Damn, I was not expecting this to be so tart. Super tart citrus, lemon/lime prevalent. Surprisingly smooth mouthfeel given the style, not thin. Taste gets a little less tart as it warms, getting fruitier. Lots of funk. Great beer.

Pour is hazy golden with white heaad and good lacing. Aroma is wonderfull, juicy citrus, saison yeast, brett, flowers. Taste is really citrusy, brett, flowers, funk, leafy hops, tart, low sweetness. Low body and prefect carbonation. I want a lot more of this. Wonderfull!

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2014 2014-08-16. No notes, but I’m adding +1 to the overall. So deliciously drinkable. Bottle at Campground Brewdown.

2013-08-17. Hazy pastel orange body with a nice white head. Aroma is pleasant and really interesting with a citrus and lime melange that is quite pleasant. 8+ Flavour is similar, starting with a nice tart lime character up front, moderate bitterness throughout and orange citrus accents. Lingering lime tartness in the finish and aftertaste. Average plus bodied palate with a nice effervescent carbonation that suits it. I really quite liked this one - I may have knocked back the remainder straight from the bottle later in the evening. Lovely stuff and eminently drinkable. Bottle, Campground Brewdown.

Hazy orange pour with a smaller head. Getting funk and fruit in the aroma, orange, yeast. Taste - Definitely getting the blood orange and lime, spicey, funk, coriander, lemon. Dry mouthfeel. Fantastic summer drinker. I want more.

Hazy orange color with a small, off white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of orange, citrus, yeast, lime, and spices. Taste of citrus, orange, spices, wood, pepper, and a tart, dry finish. Fortunately the hibiscus was mild.

750ml bottle, shared by alexsdad06. Totally hazy pale peachy color. Minimal white head. Floral, oaky, citrusy aroma. Good stronger sour taste. Medium body. Soft, kind of crisp carbonation. More dry in the finish. Tasty.

750 ml bottle to taster (shared by alexsdad06). Looks good; a hazy orange with white lacing. Smells yeasty with notes of citrus and hibiscus. Tastes like it smells with a nice, dry mouthfeel. A great saison!
