Bottleshare thanks to Leighton. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, good fine carbonation. Mild lactic sourness gives way to zippy generic fruits, lemon rises above. Dry and slightly tart finish also brings in a savoury note. Not bad at all.

Bottle shared at Sander’s in NYC. Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Big funk on the nose, lots of brett, poop, barnyard, lemons. Light sweet flavor with an assertive funk and sourness, tangy lemons, tangerine, cleansing brett. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Super clean to finish, lots of bracing brett funk, tangy citrus fruits, mostly lemon and tangerine. Wonderful stuff. Even after more than a few hours of drinking I could work through a lot of this beer. Just utterly refreshing and drinkable.
