Pours a deep peachy orange color with a touch of haze and a fizzy white three finger foam. The nose is citrus pith, lime, floral hay and a touch of juicy orange. The palate follows the nose with amazing complexity and balance between flavors of rustic sourdough, field grass, blood orange juice, lime and a super dry finish that matches the nose exactly. I’ve drank four bottles in the last week and can’t seem to stop. This is a mixture of some of my favorite things and it all comes together beautifully ! Great carbonation level... just perfect !

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2014 Quite possibly my new favorite saison of all time, a beer I hope to god they brew again. The lime comes through excellently in the nose and translates well into the flavors, giving the beer a clean bitterness in the midpalate which is unusual as hell. Lemon zesty, light and refreshing, just an incredibly kickass beer. I’ve changed my mind. This is THE kickass beer. 5.

Bottle, picked up at HF back in May. For me this is almost a perfect beer. For what they are going for, I don’t think you could improve on it. Looks gorgeous in the glass as HF/GRB stuff always does -- a radiant golden orange with lots of tiny bubbles. Aroma is funk and citrus, taste is tart and complex with the lime showing up nicely but not overpowering. Incredible balance throughout, delicate carbonation, long finish. A beer I don’t think I’d ever tire of.

Pours light golden with a thin white head. Floral notes with pear, apple, citrus, yeast and a pinch of pepper. Delicious Aroma!! Taste; Fruity citrus, lime, apple and pear with a malty touch and a little sting of pepper! This one is amazing!

Cold-hearted bastard that I am the only thing I like about warm weather is warm weather beer. Brother Soigne is a fantastic example. It pours golden yellow with lots of head and visible carbonation. Floral, citrusy, and funky aromas. A big dose of tartness and juice in the flavor profile. Sour funk and tangy orange and lime. Texture is bright, lively, and refreshing. Like many Hill Farmstead brews this is a seemingly simplistic brew that seems to blur the line between Sour and Saison. This is an ale for scorching days.

Bottle from Tooch4321...thanks Adam! - Pours light amber with a foamy white head. Nose is lightly soapy with gentle florals, dusty yeast, and real gentle citrus. Taste has light mineral, super juicy lime, orange, and a light pale malt base. Light tart quenching finish. Real soft and gentle in the mouth--seriously...the carbonation is like velvet. Absolutely incredible beer.

Cloudy pale yellow, medium tan head. Citric, some tang in the nose. Fair amount of breadiness. Quite sour, definitely taste the blood orange. Effervescent, with a slightly chewy mouthfeel. Long finish. Incredibly well balanced. Very complex. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: APR 19, 2015 Bottle shared with some heads in Philly. Pours murky golden with light to medium white head, not lasting, small amt of lace. Huge notes of lime rind, pith, orange juice, saison yeast, brett florals, tropical hibiscus, and some bitter grapefruit. This thing was so fucking good it sickened me. Tried newer batches, a lot more hibiscus and way less lime which I wasn’t too happy about but still a delicious Vermont juice.

Hazy gold pour with a white head. Flavor is a WOW. Spritzy carb, fluffy yeast, citrus, lime, hay, funky goodness.
