Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.

Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, palemalt, spicy, moderate yeast, ginger, brett. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110526]

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruit and brettanomyces. The flavor i s sweet with strong notes of frui, combined with medium notes of yeast, brettanomyces, spices, and malt, leading to a tart brett’y finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Brett, fruity and dry fruity and slight herbal. Bitter and dry herbal. Bitter and herbal finish.

On tap. Pours a hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Strange farty nose, a little vinegar and balsamico - and.....a banana touch! Medium body, dry fruitiness, the Brett really comes out in the flavour with a whiff of ginger. Dry and bitter finish. Nowhere near an Orval but a nice beer nonetheless. 260511

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Hazy yellow colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is quite much like a clone of Orval. Nicely balanced with some nice herbal and spicy notes as well.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Hazy pale yellow, small head. Mild lemony funkiness upfront. Dryish with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Notes of canteloupe, hone and white pepper. Lightly bitter finish. Complex and somewhat rustic.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Clear golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops and brett with notes of spices. Fruity flavour of hops, citrus and brett with notes of grape fruits. Hoppy finish.

Draft @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty spicy weak yeasty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty spicy peppery hoppy bitter flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours cloudy yellow with a small creamy white head. Fruity, yeasty and floral flavor. Smooth and medium bodied. Spicy.

Draught, KØ11. Good refreshing brett aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. Good citric brett aroma. Surprisingly, there is also some smoke. Tastes all right, but seems out of place.
