Poured from birthday bottle from Quag into a Schiltz chalice: Pours clear straw / golden in color, one finger white head, nice retention. Aroma is grass, funk, a little grapefruit and other citrus notes. Taste is slightly tart up front, lots of citrus and grassy notes, and then a very slight hop bit and lots of Brett funk on the back end. I’m not a huge fan of Brett but this is still an incredible beer. Incredibly drinkable, medium body, awesome.

Old tick, didn’t realize this was a new entry until recently. Bottle shared with Joe. Pours golden yellow with small to medium foamy head. Aroma is heavy on rich brett, but also has a fair share of citrus fruits throughout. Flavor is grapefruit, mango, wood, and florals. Lighter to medium in body with a tart finish.

Bottle thanks to Luk. Hazy gold pour with white head. Aroma is really nice, tons of juicy tropical hop, winey, light wheaty notes. Taste is juicy, really hoppy, tropical, litchi, great hoppiness, not bitter. Palate is light, fluffy carb. So tasty.

Bottle with thanks to Homer!! Pours clear pale golden, large kinda fizzy white head, dissipates slowly leaving clumpy lacing. Aroma is Brett forward, notes of lemony citrus underneath. Flavor is nice funky brett, light sweet, lemon, musty, medium bitter with a certain sharpness to it. A bit of pledge on the finish. Lightish body, high carbonation, lingering bitterness.
