500 ml bottle from HF. Pours a yellow gold honey with a medium sized foamy white head. Aroma of Brett yeast, perfume, crisp fresh hops, and citrus. Taste of Brett yeast, crisp citrusy hops, perfume and wheat. Superb. Another gem brewed at HF.

Bottle from Archive Beer Boutique 130814. Starts off clear in the glass and then turns quite cloudy. Big white head this us an interesting take on the traditional IPA.

bottle from slovaksniper, thanks man. also one shared by tom10101, many thanks dude.pours hazy extra pale yellow with a small bubbly white cap showing minimal retention and lacing. citrus, bretts and the funky bunch, white wine, white grapes, juicy fruits - tropical fruit salad, woodsiness, wheaty, grassy, bittering herbs. bright carbonation, light body, dry crisp bretty, slightly astringent and grassy-spicy finish. excellent!

Tap (Black Door, Helsinki) at 6.9%
Doesn’t match the Proef ABV, so adding here. Doesn’t match the previous review either for that matter. Nice fresh saisony aroma. Cloudy pale orange, huge tight off-white head. Crowns the chalice nicely. Touch thin in the taste, a fairly light body, smoothish, but with high drinkability. Saisony taste, but in that horrible desperate "let’s add saison yeast" way, feels very forced. Smooth palate, soft, slickish, wheat has a part of that, I’m sure. Drinkability high, no sign of 6.9% at all. Finish has loads of fatty hops. They go on for ever - nice. For the fake saison style, this is a decent example, but it still can’t compare with a real Belgian or N.E. France saison. Don’t want slick in a saison.

Bottle. Sweet base malt with strawberry (Centennial?), pine, and pineapple hops. Hazy dark yellow under a bubbly, white flannel blanket. Dry base malt with a rustic, woody hops profile akin to Orval with some tropical fruit and very faint farmhouse accents. Bitterness is obvious in this dry drink, but not overpowering. Medium light body, medium high carbonation, faintly bitter finish.

Bottle shared by tom10101, huge thanks Tom! Pour is a really hazy golden with a small white head that leaves nice lacing. Nose is of brett leather and flowers, fruity and vinous. Taste is gently tart, juicy and full of yellow fruits soaked in white wine. Mouthfeel is fun and juicy with a lighter body and a medium carb. Really, really nice. Not quite an IPA, really, more like a over-hopped HFS barrel-aged saison?

500 ml bottle shared up in the Prez Suite at RBSG. I missed who brought it but thanks. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Notes of lemon citrus, sourdough, hay, grass, florals, and cheesecloth. Nice funk in there, but just a little. Light-bodied, with a tart, bitter, dry mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Really well-made, interesting IPA.

Shared at RBSG 2014 in the Presidential Suite. OK, OK, this time I now know this is a bretted IPA. Nose is barn-y and slightly grassy. Pour is hazy, light yellow. Taste is initially tart then shows off the hop character, citrus. Finish is drying and slightly tangy. Really enjoyable.
