COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
English: The whole concept of Papsø and dogs has always been a controversial one - shrouded in mystery. In his many, many years in television news Papsø ran hundreds of stories about dogs. But since many of those stories contained sadness, pain and agony – even dogs being put down – many came to believe that Papsø was a dog hater. As the name of this beer proves, nothing could be further from the truth. This beer is all about the love of puppies as experienced one wonderful summer camping in the Grassroots gardens – those puppies being the offspring of the famous and beautiful brewery dog Hamburglar. Share the joy of beer and pups!

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle.
Pale golden with a slight haze. Fine, small, creamy, white head. Settles as a thin film. Aroma has resin, peach, light vinious, some pine. A mild cucumber note. Medium carbonation, fine dry and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of hops, bitter and dry. Peach, oranges, pineapple, light vinious and warming. Quite citric and a good deal of astringent bitterness in the finish. Good, even if Sorachi isn’t my first choice of hops.
