Bottle. It’s a bit hazy in the glass, golden in color and with a small, off-white head on top. Lots of citrusy peel, grapefruits and pine cones on the nose, with sufficient maltyness to bring a kind of balance. The flavor has a malty backdrop, but it’s citrus peel and grapefruit that dominates, imparting a fine bitterness that goes on and on. Full body and nice carbonation. A really, really pleasant beer. 110401

Botella en casa. Hazy deep golden amber colour with a big off-white head. Fresh citrus fruity sweet like hoppy aroma, very pleasant. Good filling mouthfeel. Flavour is fresh and stuffed with hops: ripe fruits, lots of citrus, grape fruit, pine, good sweetness and with a long lasting dry hard pleasant bitterness. So darn good! Hides the 12% abv very well.

Clear amber color, small white head. Light grassy and fruity hoppy aroma. Dangerously drinkable beer. Medium bodied. Crisp hoppyness, fruity, pine needles, citrus. Nicely in balanced. Doesn’t show its ABV at all.

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Big thanks to Fonefan. Hazy amber beer with a little white head. Light hoppy nose. Light soft and semi dry palate. Minerally strong hops - piney and somewhat grassy. Orange marmalade and a trace of grapefruit. Creamy malt holds it all together. Lovely strong IPA and very drinkable.

Bottle. [thank you, Ryan]
Pours muddy orange with a medium, creamy, white head. Aroma has loads of fresh cut lemon peel, apricot, light piney, oranges, grapefruit. A bit like the Limoncello, actually. Medium carbonation, creamy and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very dry, lots of exotic fruits. Grapefruit, oranges, fresh cut lemon. The alcohol is just a bit too much, warming well, but also destroying the balance of the hops. Mild caramel maltiness in the middle before a heavy bitter and warming finish with a fine, peppery spice edge. Good, but too much alcohol for my liking.
