Aroma of lots of Brett, funk, poo, a little sour, overripe tropical fruits, citrus. Flavour is light tart, lots of Brett again, citrus, light malty, floral, fruity, dry malty bitter finish with some yeasty notes. Light-bodied. Nice.

Not as spicy as it could have been heat wise but it has a spiced taste, def interplays with the saison yeast.

Pours a straw color with a white had of foam. Lots of lemon zest and earthy tartness. Sort of a dry sourness. Light and dry spicy pepprcorn.

Bottle with Janine, Pat, and some weird bearded brah dude. Notes of crazy florals, light peppercorn, brett, wet musky wood, and dry fruits yo. Not a whole lot of peppercorn. This is damn fine for a saison. Thit.

Tap. Golden yellow with a thick nicely lacing frothy white head. Aroma is grass, hay, barnyard, something like candystore and citrus notes I can't recognise, but must be that fancy yuzu. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation. Finish is light dry and bitter with brett.

Draft. Pours opaque orange with a medium lacing and semi lasting frothy off white medium head. Aroma is very tangerine juicy, grain, light peppery, grassy hoppy, grapefruit, lemon, spicy and barnyard . Taste is near medium sweet, bitter and light tangy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is average. Finishes fruity, bretty and light sour.

Sampled at an rsbls tasting. Hazy golden with a blotchy off white head. An aroma of swert fruit and funky brett. Flavor is not quite ad nice but the funk comes through along with yeast and malts. Some spice, too.

Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light palate, semi dry. Brett like sourness with well balanced lemon citrus. A touch of herb. Dry finish with a pinch of pepper. Pretty bloody good Saison!
