| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Apr 19, 2009 Draft. A deep red beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet matly with notes of fruit and yeast - reminds me of the yeast used at Apollo. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and light notes of fruit and bread, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Not much Saison over this beer, I find it boring.
