Aug 30, 2009 Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Light amber colour. Large particles! Light malty and hoppy aroma. Spicy, dominated by cinnamon. Moderate bitter spicey flavor. Average finish. Oily palate but too fizzy.

Jun 15, 2009 It is slightly hazy, dark amber and the head is creamy. The aroma has notes of fruit, mostly peach, and some malt. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of fruit, especially peach, citrus, caramel and light spice. The finish is slightly dry and citrussy.

May 14, 2009 Bottle. Pours almost clear amber with a fine, medium, off-white head. Quite a lot of yeast in the bottle. Aroma is sweet, some caramel, sugars, and a little spiciness. Medium carbonation, with good mouthfeel. Flavour is quite sweet and malty. Not much saison here.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, light to moderate hoppy, orange, moderate yeasty, overriped fruits. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Apr 19, 2009 Draft. A deep red beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet matly with notes of fruit and yeast - reminds me of the yeast used at Apollo. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of straw and light notes of fruit and bread, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Not much Saison over this beer, I find it boring.
