Aug 24, 2005 (On tap) Pale amber colour with a thin, lightly creamy head. Distinct sweetness pretty much balanced by the Cascade aroma hops. Incredibly soft, smooth and lovely. Another top quality brew from Grauballe. 220505

Oct 20, 2006 DBF 2005. Hazy gold, moderate white head and low condition. Sweet and pleasantly yeastily fruity in the aroma, more sweet yeastiness coming through in the mouth with a touch of chalkiness and a low bubblegum fruitiness. Lingering but restrained yeast bitterness in the finish.

May 25, 2005 Hazy golden colour with a big off white head. Fruity, sweet and light spicy aroma. Fruity and yeasty flavor with some hoppy bitterness.

[my 200th Belgian Ale, only the second style to reach a double century]
Pours muddy yellow-orange with a really nice, creamy, lightly off-white head. Nice duration. Good aroma, well fruity, vanilla, cinnamon, oranges and apples. Okay, just a tad thin mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly vinious, quite spicy, coriander, vanilla, yeast and a lightly peppery finish.
