COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

God, men noget ordinær traditionel ale. Tilpas med bitterhed og sødme. Kedelig farve.

A beer with limited durable foam and an aroma of a little spice. The flavor is caramel malt with sensible fullness. The finish is moderately bitter, and it’s all here angelica replaces hops. It’s a lovely full-bodied beer without too much fuss, but that should not stop me from recommending it. It is very tasty and very well brewed.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy deep golden body with a moderate sized tan head. Mild aroma of caramel malt, toffee and a hint of roast. Flavor is sweet biscuit malt, some caramel, light fruity and moderate bitterness. Medium body and medium aftertaste. Decent, quite smooth but rather straight-forward and nothing extra at all.

Bottle 50 cl, bbd 07.07.2012. Quite cloudy amber with a small off-white head. Sweet fruity aroma with strong notes of toasted malts and a peculiar spicy, herbal touch, probably from the kvan Taste is spicy and sweet, herbal and caramelish, medium body with a refreshing bitter finish. All in all a little cloying, but somehow it has quite some charm.
