Ungstrup (11338), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 17, 2005 A hazy amber beer with a nice orange-brown head. The aroma is super lovely hoppy with some notes of caramel. The flavor is hoppy with notes of caramel and turns very hoppy towards the end with notes of hop acid - that almost draws out the mouthwater. Lovely flavor. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden May 12, 2005 Bottled. Dark amber. Citric hop aroma. Sweet with notes of pine and yeast. Fruity, buttery and lightly ashy with traces of grapefruit and licorice. Lingering very bitter finish. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head.
Aroma is dominated by hops, with notes of fruit and grass.
Nice flavour of malt, peaches, grass and lots of hops.
Long bitter finish. Nice IPA, and until now the best beer from Grauballe.
