COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Red Irish er en rødbrun Irsk ale, brygget på pilsnermalte og karamelmalte, der giver en afdæmpet mørk karamelsmag. God i mad og som ledsager til de fleste kødretter og oste. Brygget af bygmalte og humle.

At first the beer seem to be over carbonated resulting in a massive head. Aroma dominated by yeast and malty raisin. Amber body Malts dominate and the bitterness is mild lemon. Rather sour and bitter finish.

Bottle, Røde Kristian Øko. Clear copperish amber, small offwhite head. Malty, caramely aroma. Flavour is sourish, malty with bitter hops. Some kind of citrus. Finishes with a not so pleasant, slightly metallic note.

En syrlig sag. Den har en meget syrlig eftersmag som nok for mange vil være for meget, men ellers stilren øl!

Bottle. Name on the bootle: Røde Kristian but the brewer confirmed that this beer is the same as the above mentioned. High fluffy lasting off-white head. Hazy orange body rather than red. Hops dominated mlat straw aroma. Pretty sour dusty malt straw berries lemon grapefruit flavor with la low carbonation and a long bitter sour finish.

50 cl bottle @ home. Pours reddish amber with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma is sweet with plenty of caramel, toasted malt, and red berries. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma – with an ever so slightly bitter finish.
