Danish: Red Irish er en rødbrun Irsk ale, brygget på pilsnermalte og karamelmalte, der giver en afdæmpet mørk karamelsmag. God i mad og som ledsager til de fleste kødretter og oste. Brygget af bygmalte og humle.

Fløska. Nice hazy reddish-brown colour. Msized off-white head. Pleasant sweet aroma of toasted malt and caramel with fruity hops. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant sweet fruity hoppy flavour with toasted malt and caramel along with light spice. Pleasant brew indeed.

Pours hazy amber with a nice, staying, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma has caramel, sweetness, light spice and pine. Highish carbonation, okay mouthfeel. Flavour is soft, malty, light dry, red apples and herbal finish. Okay.

Bottled. A murky amber beer with a lazing thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, hay, caramel, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, minerals, malt, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.
