COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: only available at Café Evald, Silkeborg and at the brewery.

Hazy orange color, steady white head. Light citrusy, berryish aroma. Light to medium bodied. Sweetish, citrus, citrus candy flavor, some vegetably notes. Boring, maybe goes with food.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught. Spicy aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has hay, mild bitterness, a little grain. Had some plastic mouthfeel to begin with, but that fades away. Good mouthfeel, chalky and dusty.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a small, white head on top. Quite weak nose, more yeasty than expected from a Belgian style blonde ale. Fruityness, sweetness and some piney hops too. It’s sweet, yet piney bitter in the flavor, rather fruity with tropical fruits and some canned pears. Medium body, a bit hard on the carbonation, yet sort of flat on the palate. The finish is fruity and sweet, with enough bitternes to prevent it from being cloying. A decent one, but nothing more. 110516
