COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Tasted 2010-04-27. Pours dark brown with light brown to beige head. Aroma of burned sugar, coffee and bread. A little thin on the palate compared to what I exected, but decent. maybe a little liqourice in there - I dunno. Like I said: decent.

Bottle @ Kolding Ølmesse, 2010.
Pours dark brown with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Sweet, malty aroma, chocolate, light herbal. Highish carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, light metallic, some chocolate, softly roasted. Quite a sharpish herbal note in the finish that isn’t really my thing.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, wood, and a bit of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, wood, coffee, and a bit of soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.
