Bottle 500ml.
Light unclear medium brown color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100320]

Fløska. Deep dark brown almost balck colour, nice big creamy off-whiote head leaving a good lacing. Pleasant roasty maltiness in the aroma along with roasted caramel, some chocolate, some dark fruit and liqourice. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant soft flavour with roasted malt and caramel, chocolate, bit coffee, some dark fruits, pleasant bitterness, some liquorice.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours almost black with a warm tint of red and a dense beige head leaving laces. Hard roasted malts in the nose with sweet coffee. Solid body, hard roasted malt, sweet coffee, chocolate and burned caramel. Some malt bitterness. Not exactly overwhelming but well crafted. 200310

Bottle at home - Thanks Jørgen. Black - offwhite head. Burned, chocolate, coffee, light sweetness, light smokey notes, licorice. Nice.

Pours dark brown with a small, staying, creamy, beige head. Sweet, malty aroma, chocolate, light herbal. Highish carbonation, a bit weak mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet, light metallic, some chocolate, softly roasted. Quite a sharpish herbal note in the finish that isn’t really my thing.

Bottle at Theis og Mette. Dark brown coloured with a small off white head. Sweet and roasted aroma of caramel and liquorice. Roasted flavour of caramel with notes of liquorice. Roasted finish.

Bottled. A pitch black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, wood, and a bit of soy sauce. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, wood, coffee, and a bit of soy sauce, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.

Light malty and roasted aroma. Huge, frothy, off-white head. Good lacing. Mostly lasting longevity. Clear, dark brown body. Moderate bitter flavor. Medium palate.

Bottle. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and hoppy nice roasted aroma. very week oyster notes. Moderate bitter nice chocolate flavor. Roast present. Long nice moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate. Nice stout.
