COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in a traditional style, the Honey Ale is a golden blonde ale with a slight hop flavor and aroma. Highly carbonated with a thick frothy head and creamy texture, featuring a unique blend of 100% pure Wisconsin honey and three types of two row malted barley. Seasoned with four varieties of hops, the Honey Ale is truely one of the most interesting and unique craft beers available today.

Poured a clear mid-gold with a light head and lacing. Aroma was sweet - honey, mallt, clover. Taste was light and slightly sweet with malts, honey and slight grassiness with very mild hop finish. Palate was OK. Overall, a decent but not a real great blonde ale.

Bottle. Pours a clear mid golden color. Aroma, as you would expect, is honey and malt. Taste is very thin though, lacking any real depth or character. As advertised, honey and sweet malt. Barely average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This pours a clear, pale amber color with a slight, white head. There isn’t much to the scent other than some hints of grain and honey. The taste is fairly average but does have a decent honey taste that is better than Leinenkugel’s Honey Weiss. The texture is pretty watery with very little carbonation. Clean and refreshing, but nothing mind blowing.

The honey really comes alive as it warms, in both flavor and aroma. Crisp, clean, and very unoffensive. Very light body and not much to it past the honey. Would have again.

Bottle poured a clear golden amber with a lingering ring of ivory foam. Aromas of bread, graininess and light honey. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of bread, honey and light graininess with a crisp lingering honey finish.

Does not look like much, no head, just pale lager without any real visible co2. Smell is simply crisp and clean. Woo, there is a goodly amount of co2 in there on the tongue, fer sure. Taste is a little like slag. A fairly easy to get along with beer, not over the top in sweetness, never cloying. No real bitter attributes make this easy to drink. Finish has no ill effects that I can speak of. Overall just a decent beer that provides a good beer drinken experience. Would not hesitate to buy again, better than any of the cheaper pale lagers I drink.

Pours a clear pale yellow, highly carbonated, with a small white head sustained by said carbonation. Aroma is (surprise) honey. Taste has a yeasty, bready, slightly tart character with little hop flavor. Refreshing and well balanced, would be a great summertime session brew. It may not be your style, but it is what it is.

A clear, pale yellow pour with a white head. It has a cereal grain aroma with some mild hops. The light body is crisp and refreshing with lively carbonation. It has a neutral, balanced taste and a clean finish.

Bottle. Mostly clear pale orange pour with a minimal white head. Aroma is cereal grain, grass, and maybe just a hint of sweetness. Lighter palate. Taste is not offensive - some grass and light hop - but not interesting or all that good either. Hot day on a boat? Sure, I suppose.

Bottle. Aroma has notes of honey, floral hops and cereal malts. Medium golden hue with a small mostly diminishing white head that left no lace. Flavor is medium sweet and lightly bitter. Palate is light bodied and watery average. Bleh.
