Dec 1, 2005 From the barrel at GBBF, August 2005. Hazy golden colour. A fresh and fruity, well tempered and easygoing cider, with the emphasis on apples rather than farmyard. Very pleasant but a bit short of oomph. Doesn’t really kick arse.

Quite dry and actually bitter too. Normally I can’t taste bitterness in ciders, but this is an interesting exception.

Aug 7, 2005 From the barrel - GBBF 2005. Different from the Medium dry. A hazy green - gold coloured cider with a good dry juicy apply fruit aroma. The taste is fresh and juicy apples with lots of tasty apple flesh. Good one.
