On tap. Pours a copper color with a small off white head. Aroma of caramel malt, faint hops, bread dough and spices. Taste of yeast, malt, and caramel. Finish is dry and grainy.

Aug 30, 2008 Amber, slightly cloudy appearance with a thin white head. Sweet taste and aroma with floral hops and a hint a caramel malt. Not bad, kind of different.

Aug 8, 2008 Pours a amber/copper color with a small off white head. Aroma is lightly sweet caramel malt, dough and light hops. Flavor is nicely sweet but balanced nicely. A very light bodied Amber Ale but still very good tasting.

Jul 26, 2008 Thin head of fine bubbles. Soft malty aroma with a bit of sweetness in there. Lots of caramel, dough and some raisins. Color is a dark amber brown. Light to medium bodied with a noticable bit of fruit in the flavor. Pasty roasted malts, some more sweet caramel and a hint of maple. Finihses sweet and creamy with a slight bit of grit. A decent amber ale and better than expected.
