Flavor is nicely sweet but balanced nicely. A very light bodied Amber Ale but still very good tasting. Dorwart (1603), Robbinsville, New Jersey, USA Jul 26, 2008 Thin head of fine bubbles. Soft malty aroma with a bit of sweetness in there. Lots of caramel, dough and some raisins. Color is a dark amber brown. Light to medium bodied with a noticable bit of fruit in the flavor. Pasty roasted malts, some more sweet caramel and a hint of maple. Finihses sweet and creamy with a slight bit of grit. A decent amber ale and better than expected.
