Catching up on some old ratings from Untappd -- First rated on 19 May 2011. I recall all of the Grayton Beers were "Meh". I distinctly remember this "IPA" being distinctly terrible.

12 oz bottle. (Four Winds) Pensacola, FL.
Clear amber golden colour with a tiny white head. Aroma: sweet mild hops, mild bitterness and sweet malt. Flavour: moderate bitterness, piny and resiny hops and sweetish malt. Quite mediocre IPA.

Excellent hop flavor in this one, while the beer itself stays rather bright and refreshing. It was a pleasant surprise after my future father-in-law didn't seem too impressed. I thought I may have chosen a dud when I brought back this 6-pack, but I'll gladly have another. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drank this due to a lack of other options in the 30A area of Florida. Serviceable but middling. Pours clear gold with a white head. Scent is grainy and boozy. The bitter front lingers and never gives way to anything resembling a sweet finish. Light-Medium body and well carbontated. Bottle - Kwiker Liquors - Panama City Beach, FL

My brother picked this up for me during spring break Ď13 in Florida. This pours a semi-clear amber color with a frothy beige head. There is a mild scent of citrus and hops giving off a very inviting aroma. The taste is surprisingly good for the rating as itís very hoppy and full of flavor. Itís perhaps slightly thinner than some of the best IPAs, but otherwise this is great! I think it deserves a rating in the high 80ís to low 90ís when compared to other brews.

12oz bottle from Beach Liquors in Destin. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is caramel, some light grassy hops and some grapefruit pith with a slight hint of metal. Flavor is similar- light malt with some grapefruit pith and some metal. Light in body and ok.

Pours golden with a thin wispy off-white head. Notes of citrus, light resin, coarse pine with a bitter finish. Medium bodied, moderately resinous with lush carbonation.
