Catching up on some old ratings from Untappd -- First rated on 19 May 2011. I recall all of the Grayton Beers were "Meh". I distinctly remember this "IPA" being distinctly terrible.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Excellent hop flavor in this one, while the beer itself stays rather bright and refreshing. It was a pleasant surprise after my future father-in-law didn't seem too impressed. I thought I may have chosen a dud when I brought back this 6-pack, but I'll gladly have another.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Drank this due to a lack of other options in the 30A area of Florida. Serviceable but middling. Pours clear gold with a white head. Scent is grainy and boozy. The bitter front lingers and never gives way to anything resembling a sweet finish. Light-Medium body and well carbontated. Bottle - Kwiker Liquors - Panama City Beach, FL

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
My brother picked this up for me during spring break ‘13 in Florida. This pours a semi-clear amber color with a frothy beige head. There is a mild scent of citrus and hops giving off a very inviting aroma. The taste is surprisingly good for the rating as it’s very hoppy and full of flavor. It’s perhaps slightly thinner than some of the best IPAs, but otherwise this is great! I think it deserves a rating in the high 80’s to low 90’s when compared to other brews.
