Commercial Description:
Rich, chewy, and full-bodied this stout uses gourmet cocoa powder added directly to the Brew Kettle to yield a chocolaty aroma. Black in color with a lightly sweet fruitiness and roasty flavor with hints of chocolate; look for a full body and a strong sensation of warming on the palate from the high alcohol content.

Verre de dégustation à la brasserie après une journée de randonnée sur le mont Ampersand. Arôme: Odeur de chocolat et de café torréfié. Apparence: La couleur est noire opaque. Présence d’un mince col beige crémeux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de chocolat et de café torréfié. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût.
