hopson (499), Williamsville, New York, USA Sep 24, 2007 draft- not a fan, not much in the way of flavor which is probably why this is reccomended for newby’s to the craft brew scene. This brewery has a lot more to offer than this- thin, some corriender, not much else. PilsnerPeter (1477), Flushing, New York, USA May 4, 2007 Tap at TAP NY 2007: It was listed as Adirondack Gold Ale, so I’m assuming it’s the same thing. On Nitro pour. Pours golden with a creamy dense head. It’s fairly creamy with a solid profile, but it’s simple. Straw like aroma. and lots of grassy bitterness in the flavor. Forgettable. jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Aug 23, 2006 on tap-pours a white head with yellow/gold color. Aroma is grassy, grain. Taste is sweet, grassy, grain, minor hops with a flatness, smooth. Mild/OK carbonation. (Rating #547) ChazyRPh (571), Chazy, New York, USA Nov 29, 2005 4 oz. sample. Clear blonde with a thin white film. Grassy, malt aroma. Fruity malt beginning, turning corn like middle-finish. Clean, crisp, everything you’d expect from a mainstream macro, with this beer having some life to it. I think this is good for its style. Sweet, very mild hop presence, I kinda enjoy this.
