Jan 27, 2008 Poured a clear brown, lightly red color with a small, light tan head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel malts, roast, light peat, smoke, and nuts. Taste was sweet caramel up front, light smoke, nuts, roast, and a bit of drying alcohol in the finish.

Oct 17, 2004 April 2004. Red copper ale with no head. Light fruity aroma, with woody note and scotch. Rather sweet malts and nutty taste. Thin in mouth.

May 2, 2004 (Draught) Headless with an orange body. Milky and orange nose. Flavour of sweet caramel with a tad of hops. Poor.

May 2, 2004 Sweet fruity aroma. Clear, still, brown coloured with no head. Sweet malt flavour. Pretty thin and sticky. Young? This seems unattenuated. On tap at TapNY festival.
