Great Baraboo Uncle Shagworthys Highland Scotch Ale

On tap at boyne Highlands: Not bad compared to the other beers that they have available. Drinkable with a slight hop and acidic flavor.

This draft brew from a festival poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized off-white colored bubbles that was mostly lasting and left behind a semi-opaque and a good lacing. The aroma was brown malt sweet and dark malt. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt hops and softly acidic. Not one that I would likely buy again.

Draft. Tan that mostly diminished, sparse lacing, no visible carbonation, transparent, and an orange hue. Malty, caramel and sweet aroma. Flavor was a duplicate of the aroma. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium body.
