A Great Basin favorite! A crisp, effervescent brew with a generous addition of real raspberries, not extracts. Additional charge applies.

as a foofoo beer, itís actually done well, but this type of "beer" is just not to my liking. wine-coolerish in look and flavor...and aroma. nothing delicate about it. just sweet berry. works when itís over 90 degrees, but even then..." 2/09 - compared to the yummy fruit lambics iíve had lately, this just doesnít match up. the chicks seem to like it, but my wife doesnít."

Thanks Dara for the bottle. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a semi-dark red color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a minute. There wasnít much lacing about this. The smell had a nice light raspberry interweaving itself in and out of some sweet malt. It seemed there were some light cherries and strawberries that were there as well. The taste was slightly sweet and added a decent tartness from the raspberries. On the palate, it sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionability about it. The carbonation was there and decent for the style and for me. Slight tart raspberry aftertaste with a refreshing sort of crisp finish. Overall, good fruit beer, it seemed pretty authentic in the fruits that came out at least to me.

12 oz bottle a friend gave me for my birthday. Pours a dark red with a good white head that sticks around. Very spritzy. Got plenty of fruitiness going on. Very light-bodied, maybe a tad watery. Good raspberry presence. The ladies would love this.

Las Vegas, NV - Total Wine - Summerlin - 12 oz bottle. Pours a murky orangeish-purplish with an off-white bubbly head. Aroma has a hint of berries, some slight fruit muffin qualities. Flavor is pleasant with some nice fruity berry accents, a hint of yeast and just a touch of sour tart candy. Mouthfeel has a pleasant spritz to it. Not bad.

Draft at Jerniganís. Fruity malts and raspberries on the aroma. Similar in the flavor...not much depth and a bit watery for me, nice raspberry finish.

This was a gift from a local friend. Pours red from the 12-oz bottle, Thin tan head. Nose is a blast of raspberries. Light to medium in body. Flavor is dominated by the raspberry but there is a enough malts to carry the day. Dry finish. Quite good.

Total Wine Vegas bottle. Honestly, a very well made fruit beer. Definitely tastes of raspberries but some complexity added with the addition of "other" berries. Nothing fake testing at all. Tasty and refreshing.

A nice non-sweet berry aroma. Dark ruby red. The flavor is sweet and sour raspberry. Sweet up front and throughout the body with a little sourness at the finish. Overall a pretty solid fruit beer.

10 ounce sample on tap at the brewpub. Tons of raspberries are present in the nose with a slight tartness present. I really love raspberries, and this is nicely aromatic. Straight-forward and not overly complex, but this is nice. Transparent ruby body with a medium pink head. Definitely didnít use any extract here. Lots of raspberry throughout. Dry and slightly bitter in the middle. Some tannins are also present. Fairly tarty, but lacks much in the way of depth and any sort of balance. Pretty straight-forward and lacking body.
