COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our English style Ale is unfiltered preserving the full rich flavor of imported English malts. The addition of unmalted barley contributes a dry, refreshing finish. Cheers; me lads and lasses!

Cloudy medium amber, lasting head.Tiny bead. Mostly malt nose and taste. Not enough hops for a bitter. Great Belgian lace

On-Tap at the Brewery (There for the 04’ Reno Air Races)
Clear cronze, light carbonation/head. Nose of faint fresh crispy hops & well mashed grains. The flavor is very mild & balanced. Traditional ESB in the purest sense (aside from cask of course). Finishes fresh and tasty.

(draught - calls itself ESB) Dark amber colour; little head. Fruity and malty nose. Quite bitter start, rather roasted, even coffee-ish taste. Big on malts underneath. Retronasal full of interesting flavours as artichoke, hoppy, leafy. Well-bodied, slick. Strange combination but good balance.
