on tap with nitro. brown to red pour with a small tan head. the nitro smooths out the finnish

Tap at Brewpub: Dark mahogany, light head and lacing. Nose of sweet fruity california style simcoe with a very small amount of cascade and some nuttiness. Very hoppy yet balanced. Nice finish. Not really a brown ale, but it’s good. This recipe stands out much different from the others here. Oh yeah, that’s right, it wasn’t all them.
