Commercial Description:
A warm weather refresher – aromatic and spicy, brewed in strict accord to the Belgium “white” wheat ale style with a distinctive yeast strain, unmalted wheat, barley, oats and Curacao orange peel and coriander. Unfiltered.

Tap at the brewpub. The body was hazy pale yellow. The aroma was strong corriander with some grassy notes. The taste was strong orange peels with some bitterness. This was a drinkable light wit, but still a little off.

Tap @ brewpub: Light gold with a small white ring head. Sweet aroma with a little egg-fart tossed in. Mild and sweet flavors.

On-Tap at the Brewery Sparks NV, Pours out a hazy gold topped with a small head. Very nice aroma of citrus and grains. Nice sweet tast of fruit and light malts.

Pour is a hazy yellow. Aroma of wheat malt, orange, and coriander. Flavors of sweet malt, wheat, a little spice, orange peel, and coriander. A nice summer wit.

On tap @ Great Basin poured a cloudy yellow with a small lasting white head. Aromas of wheat, citrus and coriander. Palate was light bodied, crisp and slightly dry. Flavors of wheat, orange peel and light coriander with a crisp dry finish.
