Pours cloudly golden with frothy yellow head. Lots of zesty lemon spice. Amazing balance of sweet malt and a bit of hoppy bite to finish off the delicious beer

Tasted this on tap at the 8th Street Ale Haus in Sheboygan, Wisconsin so I didn’t get great notes. Amazing wheat. Delicious, easy-going but complex.

A hazed golden wheat ale with a thin creamy white head. In aroma, a nice lemony banana with light cloves. In mouth, a nice smooth and creamy malt with bananas, light lemon, not bad. On tap at Madison airport location, Jan 22 2012.

On tap at the brewpub. Listed at 5.35% abv. Thick and lacy. A good wheaty aroma. A slightly orange body, thick head and lots of thick lace. Oange flavour, and edgey. Something alike Dancing Man. There are good models to follow in this state. Average mouthfeel.

8/14/11. On tap at the Madison airport. Slightly hazy orange pour with a small white head. Somewhat light aroma of banama, bubblegum, and a touch of spice. Slightly bolder flavor, again with lots of bubblegum, a touch of banana, and more forward spice. Not bad.

Apr 22, tap @ Great Dane Brewery, Fitchburg, WI. Pours a hazy yellow with a small white head leaving some lace. Aroma is sweet, wheaty with a touch of lemon citrus, yeast and some cloves. Very lean mouthfeel. Flavor is yeasty, wheatyy fruity palate. Finishes peppery and a bit bitter. Very nice.

Served to a Weizen glass at Great Dane-Doty for the beginning of Madison’s Craft Beer Week. Displayed a hazed, apricot nectar appearance, with modest, off white head foam that reduced to a persistent ring and film, and left some clingy dots & dashes on the interior. The aroma was a bit of musty yeast, with some citrus, subtle banana candy scent, and hints of spice. The flavor added some spritzey carbonation with a bit of tartness, and finished with some light dryness. Standard Weizen, but consistently refreshing.
