UPDATED: SEP 20, 2012 Lite beer so starting from that perspective in mind. Pours clear golden, smells of grainy, cereal with some noble hops. Taste is light but with good flavor. Definitely a solid choice when in the mood for beer but need something not as heavy. I had an awesome imperial ipa before this beer. It was great, but I couldn?t have another. This beer held up well as a finisher to kill the time while the wife and i finished up talking about cars we had test drove.

A pale yellow lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a light sweet grainy malt with faint mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth biscuit malt with light grassy hops. Decent. On tap at Madison airport location, Jan 22 2012.

On tap at Great Dane Fitchburg. Straw yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of grains, soap and sweet malt. Taste of sweet malt, grass and some noble hops. Thin and not my thing.

8/14/11. On tap in the Madison airport. Clear golden pour, quite light, with a small foamy white head and a touch of lacing. Corny, grainy aroma with lots of green apple. Slightly tart flavor with apple, grain, and a touch of watermelon. Meh.

Am I really rating this beer. Samper at the brewpub. It poured a golden color with a small white head. Th aroma was of of wet stone and a some salt. The flavor was of cereal grain flavor that just lingers. Nothing special.

On tap at brewpub, pours a clear yellow with no head, has a grainy aroma and sweet taste that is bland and boring, pass.

On tap, clear yellow pour with foam ring, dry yeast aroma, flavor is dry bitter,

On draught at the downtown brewpub location. Pours a clear light straw colored brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates clean. Aroma of light golden grain malt, a touch of citrus zest and a wee bit of corn. Taste is light bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt and light citrus zest. Finish is light, crisp, clean cut with no aftertaste. Light Beer is was it is. Nothing more. At least it can keep the diet Miller and Diet Bud drinkers happy in a craft brewpub.

I was a little dissapointed with this beer. Going into it with an open mind, i was ready to judge according to the style, but it tasted too bland and watery. Clear straw yellow colour, no head. Grainy taste, aroma is bland of corn and sawdust.
