A pale yellow lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a light sweet grainy malt with faint mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth biscuit malt with light grassy hops. Decent. On tap at Madison airport location, Jan 22 2012.

On tap at the Great Dane Brew Pub (Downtown Madison Location). Poured a light and cleary yellow color with a smaller sized white head. Aromas and tastes of watery grassiness and grainy. Hey, its a Pale Lager....

Dogbrick (8251) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Sample at the downtown brewpub. The beer pours a clear pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops and malt. Light body with flavors of mild hops, grainy malt and corn. The finish is mildly bitter with a short herbal hops aftertaste. Boring and typical Pale Lager overall.

Ughsmash (7157) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - MAY 7, 2007
On tap at GD - Madison. Poured a very bright golden with just a dusting of white head. The aroma was quite faint, but pleasant... pale malts with some floral accents.. rather kolsh-ey.. opened up some with warmth. Flavor found moderately sweet pale malts with a pinch of honey.. mild floral bitterness and some light veggie notes. Light and crisp on the palate with decent balance.. too watery at times. OK for what it is.

8/14/11. On tap in the Madison airport. Clear golden pour, quite light, with a small foamy white head and a touch of lacing. Corny, grainy aroma with lots of green apple. Slightly tart flavor with apple, grain, and a touch of watermelon. Meh.

Skyview (5242) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - NOV 2, 2008
On draught at the downtown brewpub location. Pours a clear light straw colored brew with a thin white head that quickly dissipates clean. Aroma of light golden grain malt, a touch of citrus zest and a wee bit of corn. Taste is light bodied, some extra carbonation with flavors of golden grain malt and light citrus zest. Finish is light, crisp, clean cut with no aftertaste. Light Beer is was it is. Nothing more. At least it can keep the diet Miller and Diet Bud drinkers happy in a craft brewpub.

JPDIPSO (4956) - Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 24, 2002
Minimal aroma. Very light clear straw. Slightly grainy. Mildly sweet with a touch acidity in the finish. About as good as a light can get.
