Very nice. Pine. Hops. Grass. All that you expect from a West Coast IPA served at the pub downtown. Good IPA.

Aug 25, 2008 Not sure what the name means. Impressive. Has a thick, oily and creamy body with amazing lace (how sweet the sound). Harshly bitter with a long soapy finish, although the initial sweetness helps it from being completely unbalanced. Maybe that’s the speedbump they’re talking about.

Aug 20, 2008 Sampled on draught: Pours a pretty clear but bright amber with a cream medium size head. Aroma is very earthy, subtle citrus qualities with plenty of carbonation that keeps the aromas continuously rising. Taste is fruit forward, with fresh hopped flavors, grapefruit and lime- pleasent all around.

Aug 10, 2008 Served on cask at the brewpub (downtown location). I had this the night before the Great Taste of the Midwest festival. I have to admit cask is not my favorite way to drink beer, as I feel that it muddles the flavor somewhat. That said, this was a nice creamy mouthfeel with candied hops and a smooth finish. Not the normal bite that I like, but I could tell this is a solid offering nonetheless.

Jul 13, 2008 I was a little disappointed in this. Solid aroma, and really nice hoppy flavor but there was almost no carbonation and the body was surprisingly thin for a beer with this much flavor. Almost watery.
