UPDATED: JUL 12, 2004 Brewed using a hopback. Red/orange body with a soapy/fizzy head. Light piney aroma. Resiny pine taste with some grapefruit. Good fresh hops, but lacking malt. It was also very watery, which sucked.

Hand pulled nitro. Amber color with a light beige smaller head. Aroma is lightly citric and hoppy. Only a hint of pale malt. Very mild english malt flavors, with stronger citric, and floral hops flavors. thin feel. Does have an english flair, but not enough depth for and IPA. Perhaps closer to a pale or specaial ale.

Not true to style (for that go with their Potter's Run)but a good beer nonetheless. Closer to an APA. A nice hop imbalance with smooth maltiness. A good effort.

This beer is forced through fresh hops, giving it a very lively, resinous hop flavor. Unfortunately, it lacks any real malt backbone or depth of flavor.
