Served on draught at the Wisconsin Micro-brewers Beerfest in Chilton, Wisconsin. Pours a clear straw blonde colored brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates to a thin white ring. Aroma of crystal grain malt, some corn grits, with a touch of grassy hops. Taste is light bodied, a little gritty in texture with flavors of a light multi-grain crystal malt, grassy hops and a touch of white pepper. Finish is a little gritty, some grassy hop character aftertaste that quickly disappears to a crisp finish.

Thirsty Troll Brew Fest. Pour is gold with a white head. Aroma shows pale malt and grassy hops. Flavor shows pretty much the same with maybe a touch of citrus hiding in the background. Overall body is light, crisp, and finishes with light bitterness. Nothing offensive, just not very interesting.

Clear pale yellow in color. Very light with a splotched white head. Aroma is skunky and raw potatoes, and some hop bouquet. Creamy, but light. Not enough hopping for pils distinction. More like a helles. Lemony and bready. Very bright feel on the palate. Like an amplified MGD.

No real defination to this beer, it looks almost like water. There was at least some taste, but not an abundence of it. Not a top beer.

A golden lager with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, a light acidic malt with light German hops. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with German hopping, boring. On tap at Madison airport location, Jan 22 2012.

On tap at brewpub, pours a pale yellow with no head, aroma is sweet and smells like crackers, flavor is overall bland and boring but has a crisp finish, meh.

(Draught) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of grain, lemon, and light grass. Flavor of grass, lemon, earth, and grain with mild bitterness in the finish.

It was a bit too pale, and has a heavy carbonation. I don’t think beer should bubble like a Coke.

Sample at pub. Corn aroma. Yellow body with white head. Bitter flavor and that kind gave me a bitter beer face.
