3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Black pour with a brown head. Aromas of cocoa, vanilla bean, oak, and roasted malts. Flavor is sweet chocolate upfront with roasty malts in the background. Don’t get any cayenne with this one heat or flavor wise. Decent brew.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dark dark black pour with a thick dark brown head. Aroma is strong dark chocolate, a hint of oak, and a decent west coast hop profile at the end. Heavy cream body. Oak is far more prominent in the flavor. Mild alcohol burn in the chest but nothing in the flavor. Dark chocolate again is very strong. Hops are mild to unnoticeable. Very sweet smooth finish full of chocolate

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Used engine oil color with a tan head. Nose of booze, bitter chocolate, roasted malts. Taste is rich and deep, chocolate bitterness come through nicely, all sorts of burnt molasses flavors. Then the kick if spice arrives and finishes bitter and boozy.
