3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Black with a mocha head. Dark chocolate, coffee, roated malts, vanilla cream, spice kick on the finish. Very complex . The cayenne really add an interesting element to the taste. I really enjoyed this brew but, I like the other yeti variants better. (Rate done from memory because the one I did last night didnít post)

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
As the name implies, it's a lot like yeti, which is a good thing, but with more chocolate, which wasn't really an improvement in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, this is a great beer, but I just think the original Yeti is better.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bomber bottle. Aroma is a little roasty, alcohol evident in the nose. Jet black, and opaque with nice light brown head that quickly dissipates. Wonderful taste! A touch sweet. Notice the wood aging, but itís not in your face and is very nicely balanced. I love how all of the flavors combine perfectly. Notice the cayenne in just a touch of heat and tingling in aftertaste. Overall, a terrific imperial stout!

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
The aroma is pleasant from chocolate and vanilla, roasted malts and all the other classic smells you know should be in a good imperial stout. The taste is coffee, burnt malts and a lingering bitterness from the dark chocolate. I could have enjoyed a little more oak notes than I did, and I donít catch any of the cayenne that is supposedly in this one? But... it is very good stuff, no doubt.

Pitch black. Like coffee. Brown head. Aroma of chocolate. Taste of roasted malt, coffee and chocolate. Not that sweet. More bitterness. Full body. Smooth.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a thinner viscosity, but still very black and plenty of khaki head. Chocolate, oak, and vanilla on the nose; follows onto the palate. A very nice roasted malt note on the finish with the rest of the previously listed notes. Good flavors, but a bit thin.

Dark as night with a tan head. A little heavy on the oak flavors but a quality chocolate stout
